Brazil wildlife tour with Jaguar Safari on Paraguay River
7 days from £3500*
Although the Cuiaba River located at the end of the famous Transpanteneira road remains the number one location to see Jaguars in the wild, there is a second river called the Rio Paraguay, which offers the discerning client a more tranquil and intimate wildlife experience when viewing this magnificent cat. A relatively short car transfer from Cuiaba followed by private boat transfer with your own expert guide brings you to a beautifully located mid-range lodge on the banks of the Rio Paraguay. From here you will spend many hours on the water in your own private boat searching for the elusive Jaguar and other amazing Brazilian wildlife, such as Capybara, Marsh Deer, Caimans, Howler Monkeys and the focal and charismatic Giant River Otter.
