Overview

​Botswana Safari: Wildlife Trails has teamed up with an excellent local operator who have 20 years of experience in organising camping and simple lodge tours of Botswana. This trip visits the most prolific parks in Botswana for wildlife, as you experience the magic of the Delta by boat and walking safari, look for Leopard in Moremi and get up close to the huge Lion prides in Savuti; before encountering some of the largest elephant herds in Africa at Chobe National Park. Throughout the trip you will stay at some beautifully lcoated campsites and help with putting up the tents and light camp duties. If you don’t mind helping out in camp and sharing this amazing Botswana Safari with other like minded people, then you have an opportunity here to have an incredible Botswana Wildlife Holiday at a bargain price!

Itinerary

This is a Small Group Tour

  1. 1

    Arrive in Joburg and overnight.

  2. 2

    Drive across the border into Botswana to visit Khama Rhino Sanctuary.

  3. 3

    We drive through the Kalahari to Maun where we set up camp at Maun

  4. 4-6

    Three days of morning and evening guided walking safaris and boat safaris in the Okavango Delta.

  5. 7-10

    Four full days of game drives in Moremi and Savuti. Prime area to see wildlife such as Zebra, Wildebeast and large prides of Lions.

  6. 11-12

    Two days of game viewing in Chobe, with some of the largest Elephant Herds in Africa’

  7. 13-14

    Two days at Victoria Falls camping by the River Zambezi, with options to take a number of activities (paid direct by clients)

  8. 15

    Transfer to the airport to connect with your onward flight

Meals

Accommodation: This is a camping expedition tour, where you will set up your own tent and help prepare meals.

Local payment of $300 per person required.
